On Tuesday, it was reported that Wiz Khalifa’s mother, Katie Wimbush-Polk, had filed a lawsuit against Amber Rose, claiming defamation after Rose allegedly blasted her in a profanity-laced phone call.

Now, Rose is firing back with legal action of her own and is filing a restraining order against Wimbush-Polk. According to a report from TMZ, Rose believes Wimbush-Polk’s lawsuit is “revenge” and wants a restraining order to keep Wimbush-Polk away from her and her son, Sebastian.

According to the original report, on June 19, Rose called Danesa Letic. Letic’s five-year-old niece picked up the phone which featured an angry Rose on the other end who reportedly “launched into a profane attack.” The lawsuit claims Rose then alleged Wimbush-Polk allowed her daughter Dorien Thomaz to die and was unfit to care for Wiz and Rose’s child, Sebastian. Khalifa’s sister Dorien passed away in 2017 after complications from lymphoma.

So far, Wiz hasn't said anything publicly about the situation.
