‘Lion King’ Cast Announced by Disney Studios

Star studded is not even the correct phrase to describe the cast announced for The Lion King (LIVE). Well, live action-ISH. The Lion King will feature Donald Glover as Simba, Beyoncé as Nala, Chiwetel Ejiofor as Scar, and Alfre Woodard as Sarabi (Simba’s mom), with James Earl Jones back in his iconic role as Mufasa.

The Lion King is set to be released July 19, 2019.
