Bus Driver Who Raped Student Won’t Serve Any Jail Time! [Poll]

This is crazy! If I was her parent, I'd be outraged! A bus driver who raped a female student won't serve jail time! Do you think the sentence he did receive is enough?

A school bus driver in Tennessee who pleaded guilty to raping a student will serve no jail time.

Tennessee bus driver, Alexander Rodriquez, pleaded guilty to aggravated statutory rape of a a 15-year-old student. He was sentenced to 4 years in prison, but his prison sentence was suspended. Instead, he will be on supervised sex offender probation for 10 years and wear a GPS ankle monitor. Do you think this sentence is enough?
