Chris Brown may end up moving soon...and not by choice! One of his neighbors at his San Fernando Valley, California home recorded him and his crew poppin' wheelys down a residential street! I'm pretty sure she recorded the video as evidence to present to the homeowners association or even worse, the authorities!
