Drake and Future have been dismissed from a $25 million rape case.

According to The Blast, the two hip-hop superstars were among several defendants listed in a rape lawsuit filed by “Jane Doe” who claims that she was raped at a Drake and Future concert in Nashville on Aug. 14, 2016.

In the suit, the victim alleges that she was sexually assaulted by a member of the venue’s security team. Her lawsuit asserted that Drake, Future and other parties were at fault for allegedly employing Johnson who would “pose an unreasonable risk to others.”

As we previously reported, the victim was allegedly coerced and attacked backstage allegedly by Leavy Johnson who was hired to handle security. Johnson was ultimately arrested. It was later discovered that Johnson had outstanding warrants for assault at the time of the alleged attack. He is currently awaiting trial.

Although a Tennessee judge dismissed Drake and Future without prejudice from the "Jane Doe" lawsuit, several other defendants, including the arena, the touring company and the security company are now facing legal action in the case.

Reps for Drake and Future had no comment on the matter.
