It looks like the very folks dominating the charts will be doing the same onstage at the 2017 Billboard Music Awards. Today (May 1), it was revealed that Drake and Nicki Minaj will both be performing at the star-studded awards show. Among the other acts performing are John Legend, Celine Dion, Ed Sheeran, Florida Georgia Line and Camila Cabello.

Drizzy and Nicki—who make up two-thirds of Lil Wayne's superstar Young Money triumvirate—are obviously no stranger to the bright lights. Drizzy is coming off the release of his More Life playlist and a very successful Boy Meets World tour in Europe. Meanwhile, Nicki's just dropped a hot new video for her single "Regret in Your Tears" and recently signed on with a modeling agency. Both are doing very big things in 2017, just as they did in 2009, 2010...and you get the idea.

Drake is doing really well, but he hasn't let that success prevent him from giving props to other rappers. Recently, the Toronto artist showed some love to his purported rival Kendrick Lamar after DAMN. had the best first week album sales totals since Drizzy's Views dropped last year.

Commenting on journalist Elliott Wilson's Instagram screenshot of he and K. Dot's epic sales totals from last week, Drizzy wrote,  “Amazing to see our music moving!!!” Great to see that awesome sportsmanship in an arena as competitive as the rap game's.

In any case, you can peep the official Billboard Music Awards performance lineup announcement in the video below.
