Graduating classes across the world are celebrating their huge milestones with their family, loved ones, and classmates, but Eminem is making sure one high school class in particular feels extra special. The graduates of Flint Community Schools in Flint, Mich. received an amazing gift from the veteran MC, who sent a special message to the 2017 class.

During the graduation ceremony at the Dort Event Center yesterday (June 6), graduates were all gifted a free pair of Beats by Dre headphones sent in by Marshall Mathers himself, right after they walked the stage to get their diploma. Just before claiming their free pair of headphones, the graduates were greeted with a recorded message from Em, who congratulated the high schoolers on their major feat. The surprise was met with a series of applause and praise from the audience, with students showing their excitement over the generous present from the entrepreneurial rapper.

"Congrats to all you guys' hard work, man. You earned this moment," says Shady over the speaker system in the video below.

If you recall, Flint is the same city that has been suffering from a water crisis, as their drinking water was poisoned due to the state government’s incompetence. The water flowing throughout the Michigan city's pipes were exposed to dangerously high levels of lead and have effected thousands of children. Many celebrities and public figures worked to make donations and raise funds for the city over the past couple of years, and the government is still working to fix the issue.

Eminem isn't the only Detroit rapper who has shown his empathy towards the youth of Flint, as Big Sean previously raised $50,000 to go towards the water crisis last February.
