There is a bill that health advocates are pushing that would require Michigan schools to have students learn CPR. The bill has passed in the Senate and is currently pending in the Spring, according to WZZM. The bill calls for schools to teach students between grades 7 and 12 to learn CPR and the use of defibrillators at least one time.
