Kanye West is in full MAGA mode. Today (Oct. 11), the increasingly polarizing artist took a trip to the White House to meet with President Trump to have lunch and discuss manufacturing resurgence in America and prison reform, among other topics. During the course of the meeting, which was broadcasted live on TV this afternoon, 'Ye praises Trump before saying that racism is nothing but a device liberals use to control Black people.

"A liberal will try to control a Black person through the concept of racism because they know that we're a very proud, emotional people," Kanye says during one part of the Oval Office meeting. "So when I said I'm like Trump to someone that's liberal they'll say, 'Oh, he's racist.' You think racism can control me? Oh, that don't stop me, that's an invisible wall."

At another point of the meeting, Yeezy, who was rocking his adoptive signature MAGA hat, describes President Trump as someone he looks up to before speaking about the perceived need for America to build more factories on U.S. soil.

Kanye goes on to explain that the I'm With Her campaign slogan, one that was used by democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton two years ago, didn't resonate with him because it didn't exude masculine energy. From there,'Ye explains the way that quality was imbued in President Trump's famous slogan (Make America Great Again) and accompanying MAGA hat.

“There is something about when I put this [MAGA] hat on that makes me feel like Superman!" 'Ye says. "That’s my favorite superhero. You make a Superman cape for me."

For his part, Trump makes it clear he's a fan of Yeezy's monologue. “I tell you what, that was pretty impressive,” Trump says. “That was quite something.” From there, Trump continues by saying 'Ye could “speak for me any time he wants. He’s a smart cookie. He gets it.”

As if that weren't enough, Kanye also revealed that his bipolar disorder diagnosis, one he confirmed with his 'Ye album cover this past summer, was actually a misdiagnosis. He claims that it was sleep deprivation that led to the diagnosis, noting that the condition can lead to dementia.
