Lil Waynes' retirement has apparently been put on hold for a minute, as the rapper just announced that he's heading out on tour this spring.

The Kloser 2 U tour will hit 12 cities, kicking off in Kentucky on April 14. The tour will also hit Oklahoma, Hollywood, Dallas and Atlanta among other cities before wrapping up in Detroit on May 11.

This news comes as fans await the release of Tha Carter V, which has been tied up in legal drama for ages. Back in January and then again in February, Birdman did say that the album will finally see the light of day later this year though, so fans shouldn't have to wait for too much longer. Wayne has also reminded everyone that he has two more albums aside from Tha Carter V that will drop in 2017, including The Dedication 6 and The Funeral. Maybe some of the material of the projects will be debuted while he's on tour.
