Mary J. Blige is currently going through a tough divorce battle with her former manager/ husband Kendu Isaacs, but she will persevere, as her new song attests.

“Love Yourself” is an empowering song from the Queen of Hip-Hop Soul as she encourages her fans to love themselves first before loving another person. On the head-nodding banger, MJB passionately asserts, "You gotta love yourself before you love somebody else."

Over stirring pianos, melodic harps, blaring horns and a chaotic beat, Blige is determined to stand strong amid her crumbling marriage.

"Thought they'd put my life on hold / But I knew somethin' they didn't know
I know myself too much to ever fold / Dark clouds are movin' past you," she sings.

Kanye West sounds invorgating on this track. Much like Blige, he has been going through it in his own personal life. Despite that, Yeezy vows to continue to inspire the youth and stay creative.

"I decided not to use my color as a handicap / He a designer, artist, producer / Never found virtue from patience," he spits.

This is a powerful collaboration that will definitely connect with both MJB and Kanye fans alike. You can cop "Love Yourself" right now on iTunes.

Mary J. Blige's Strength of a Woman will arrive in stores on April 28.
