Migos are not worried about stylist Marcus Clark’s legal threats. The trio is being sued for allegedly stealing $20,000 worth of clothing from the video shoot for Niykee Heaton’s “Bad Intentions,” yet they are completely unfazed by the situation.

"This is Los Angeles,” Migos said in court documents obtained by TMZ. “If an artist allegedly removing items from a music video, fashion shoot etc. constituted malicious or oppressive conduct, courts would be inundated with lawsuits."

Migos are accused of taking some expensive items, including three Enfants Riches Déprimés shirts totaling $18,138, and two pairs of vintage sunglasses (Versace and Les Copains) totaling $700.

Clark claims he has made several attempts to get the clothing back, but the Migos have been uncooperative. Clark says he’s received one text from the group that reads, “That’s over wit.”

The stylist is suing the “Bad and Boujee” trio for $1 million in damages. Migos want the case thrown out, believing the $1 million amount to be absurd. The group has not admitted to taking the items. Instead, they're noting that it’s not uncommon for clothing to be swiped from a set in Los Angeles.

Outside of the legal drama, Migos are getting ready for their upcoming run on Future's Nobody's Safe tour, which begins next week. Quavo, Takeoff and Offset are also set to headline a few festivals, including the Stadium Stage of Hot 97's 2017 Summer Jam and 2017 Hard Summer Music Festival.
