It was an interesting commute Friday afternoon in Coopersville after a milk truck tipped while trying to maneuver a roundabout, and spilled 6,100 gallons of milk into the road.

The incident occurred just before 6:30 p.m. Friday at 68th Ave. and Randall St.

WZZM-13 reports that the driver of the semi lost control while trying to maneuver through the roundabout. The semi tipped over, and spilled its contents into the road.

The area around the accident was closed for clean up for three hours.
