According to the city, the sign needs to be moved a few feet because of a mistake from 30 years ago. The sign, which sits outside the Burger King at Mt. Vernon Avenue and Pearl Street, was placed on city property. Part of the sidewalk is on Burger King's property. The city estimates the move will cost $18,000 but it has approved a budget of $24,000. Do you think it's worth spending taxpayer money to move the sign?
