They have done it again! The group Generosity Lunch has met for their June lunch and left their server the biggest tip yet!

What is Generosity Lunch?

Generosity Lunch is a group of individuals that have all decided they want to go to lunch and leave behind a big tip for their server. Every month a group meets and brings along at least $100. Everyone pools their money together. Lunch is ordered and everyone enjoys great conversation -- sometimes with people they have never met before. After lunch, the bill is given to the host of the group. The cost of the lunch is subtracted from the money that was gathered at the beginning of the meeting and all the remaining money is left as a tip for their server!

For the month of June, the Generosity Lunch group met at the Big Boy at 4950 Wilson Avenue in Wyoming on June 15th. A total of 19 people gathered together for this month's Generosity Lunch.

How Big of a Tip was Left Behind?

Things worked a little differently this month. First, all 19 individuals each put in $100 for a total of $1,900. An anonymous sponsor picked up the cost of the actual lunch for everyone -- so the entire $1,900 that was collected at the beginning was left behind for their server Rachel.
