Well, we may be getting the age-old answer in a very legal way.

Buffalo Wild Wings is getting sued because of this question.

A new class-action suit was filed in Illinois by Chicago resident, Aimen Halim.

Halim claims that in January of the year when he went to Buffalo Wild Wings, he thought he was getting actual wings just without the bone.

Halim, including many other people around the country, including Michigan, believe that Buffalo Wild Wings' Boneless Wings are a product of

false and deceptive marketing and advertising.

In the lawsuit, it reads

The name and description of the Products (i.e., as 'Boneless Wings') leads reasonable consumers to believe the Products are actually chicken wings. In other words, that the Products are chicken wings that have simply been deboned, and as such, are comprised of entirely chicken wing meat.

So does that mean that the boneless wings at Buffalo Wild Wings here in Grand Rapids are not really boneless wings?!

Does this mean that people in Michigan can also be added to this class-action lawsuit?

Would you sue Buffalo Wild Wings for false advertising?

You may be wondering what Buffalo Wild Wings have to say about this class-action lawsuit.

Well, the franchise put out a cheeky tweet that may make you laugh.

It's true. Our boneless wings are all white meat chicken. Our hamburgers contain no ham. Our buffalo wings are 0% buffalo.

The lawsuit also points out that other companies sell very similar products to Buffalo Wild Wings but avoid using the word "wing" in their name or advertisement.
