Autumn has arrived and Michigan's gorgeous fall colors are on display. You can check them out from up high with a chairlift ride at Crystal Mountain Resort.

Experience miles of colorful treetops and panoramic views of three counties on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in October.

Happy Fall Color Friday! Peak colors are just beginning to pop. A stunning weekend is ahead so be sure to view the colors while they last. 🍁

Crystal Mountain says times vary by day, so be sure to check their website for details.

You'll be asked to wear a mask while waiting in line and while on the chairlift and to only share a chairlift with members of your family.

Tickets are $5 per person and free for kids 8 and under.

There's also a cash bar at the top of the mountain!

From what I'm seeing on Facebook, it's definitely a good idea to get there early to make sure you get a chance to ride!

John Melcher, chief operating officer for the resort said in a release,

“Autumn in northern Michigan is truly breathtaking and there’s no better way to see the fall colors than from soaring in a Crystal Mountain chairlift ride where you’re right in the middle of it all.”

If you're looking for more fall fun, Crystal Mountain also has a pumpkin patch with $5 pumpkins and a "Scarecrow Walk": You get a map from the Mountain Adventure Zone and explore the resort for themed scarecrows built by resort staff who are competing for "top scarecrow". You can vote for your favorite and watch for the winner Crystal Mountains' social media pages.

Saturdays Oct. 17, 24, and 31 they are also offering horse-drawn wagon rides, pumpkin painting, outdoor laser tag, archery and more. You can find out more about Crystal Mountain's Fall Fun Saturdays here.
