Comedian Bill Burr is from Canton, Massachusetts which is just outside of Boston. After graduating high school Burr earned a bachelor's degree in radio from Emberson College.

After college Burr worked in warehouses before hitting the comedy stage at the age of 23 in 1992. He moved to New York in 1994 to pursue a comedy career and his hard work has paid off.

Burr has made rounds of comedy clubs and late-night TV shows like Conan O'Brien, Jimmy Fallon, and Jimmy Kimmel and even hosted Saturday Night Live.

Burr has released a lot of successful comedy specials including 2019s Paper Tiger where he received a Grammy nomination for the Best Comedy album.

Burr's recurring role on the second season of Chappelle's Show was where he really began to get noticed. His time on TV didn't stop with the Chappelle Show, he had made appearances on Law & Order, Breaking Bad, F is For Family, The Simpsons, and countless others.

Burr also has a list of movies he has appeared in like Daddy, Daddy 2, The Front Runner, Black or White, Walk of Shame, The Heat, Date Night, and Stand Up Guys.

Bill Burr has a podcast called the Monday Morning Podcast that is a huge success. Burr has been doing the podcast since 2007. He talks about his experiences, current events, and sports, and offers advice to listeners who send him questions.

Burr has gone from comedy clubs to theaters, to selling out Madison Square Arena and now he is coming to Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Burr is bringing his Slight Return Tour to Van Andel Arena on November 3, 2022. Tickets will go on sale Friday, May 20, 2022, at 10 a.m. Here is a link for tickets.
