Do you just hate getting a call from someone trying to rip you off in a phone scam, especially a robo caller? Robo calls may come to an end.

According to FOX 17, the Federal Communications Commission are finally looking at changing the rules and banning phony robocalls.

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel along with over 40 other state attorneys general agree that the FCC should have the ability to prosecute the people responsible for robocalls.

People get these useless calls all the time where someone overseas use phony numbers to make themselves look like a trusted American company. Heck I got one the other day the was listed as an At&T Alert and it was allegedly about the IRS. Needless to say that number has been blocked.

This will be up to a vote come August 1st and hopefully the FCC get it right.
