Donald Trump and Sean Spicer Are Secret Lovers in Bonkers ‘SNL’ Sketch
Sean Spicer made his grand return to Saturday Night Live on May 13, when five-time host Melissa McCarthy impersonated the White House press secretary in a hilarious sketch.
After being told that Donald Trump would likely fire him and replace him with fill-in press officer Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Spicer (and his motorized podium) leave Washington D.C. for an Indiana Jones-like cross-country adventure, where he heads to New York City to find Trump.
When he gets to Midtown, however, a security guard tells him that the president isn't home. Instead, he's redirected to "a golf course in New Jersey," where he finds Trump in his study, idly playing with a colorful expanding Hoberman sphere.
There, Spicer confronts Trump, emotionally asking, "Have you ever told me to say things that aren't true?"
"Only since you started working here," Trump, played by a gruff, oblivious Alec Baldwin, responds.
After Spicer tells Trump he "can't do this anymore," Trump uses his, uh, "charm" to convince the strung-out press secretary to stay, tickling and complimenting him ("No, I'm married!" Spicer protests) before the two engage in a passionate make-out session.
We have a feeling it won't be long until the real Trump tweets about this one. Watch below:
