Eminem Is Selling His Michigan Home

Eminem has just listed his Rochester Hills Mansion and his listing is for a whopping $1.99 Million! But what is even crazier is that the home was originally purchased $4.8 Million. That means that he is willing to take a loss of over $2 Million!

The house, which includes "tennis courts, waterfall pool with spa, entertainment cabana, guest house with wild game room and private pond", was purchased in 2003. The house was reportedly a retreat for him and he hasn't used it as a primary residence in over 10 years.

They are not offering any public showings of the house, but you can set up a private showing through Eminem’s realtor, Mark Marangon at Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel - Birmingham.
