Everything You Need To Know For ArtPrize 2024 in Grand Rapids

It is that time of year again!

ArtPrize 2024

ArtPrize is an annual, international art competition that happens in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

People come from around the world to celebrate "conversations, experimentation, ideas, and inclusiveness."

ArPrize is taking place from September 13th until 28th with 3 different parades in downtown Grand Rapids. At 6:30 PM, you can go to any of three lcoations for the parades.

Friday September 13th

You can also be a part of the art this year by adding yourself to a digital mosaic exhibit. If you upload a picture with $10 on the FaceFunding website, you could be featured. THe funds go to supporting the ArtPrize artists' grants.

It’s a chance to see art in every nook and cranny, to argue passionately with strangers about the merits of various sculptures, and to maybe, just maybe, discover your new favorite artist or a quirky installation that makes you question everything you thought you knew about modern art.
