We have been suffering with air quality for the past few days in Grand Rapids.
However, they do say that the smoke is expected to clear out by tomorrow.
If you plan to be outside this Friday in Grand Rapids,
GRNWS says that before 8 AM, there will be a 10 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. However, for the rest of the day, it will be mostly cloudy.
"then gradually becoming sunny and hot, with a high near 90."
Saturday will be very similar to Friday's weather.
"A slight chance of showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 11 AM. Partly sunny, with a high near 86. Light west wind increasing to 6 to 11 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 20%."
For Sunday before 8 AM, there is a 30 percent chance of rain but other than that, it will be mostly cloudy with a high near 82.
During the day, there may be a chance of rain after 2 PM. Other than that, it will be partly sunny, with a high near 84.
Later that night, after 8 PM, the rain should clear out. It will be partly cloudy with a low of around 62 degrees. So, hopefully, it will be perfect firework-watching weather.
