Trunk Or Treat
There are several Trunk or Treats happening all over Grand Rapids and West Michigan.
Trunk or Treat at Encounter Church - October 13th
The annual Trunk or Treat is back on October 13th from 6 pm to 8 pm! With 30+ themed trunks and two treat trails, you can have the time of your life with the full family.
Cascade East Trunk or Treat - October 14th
Not only is this an amazing Trunk or Treat, but there is also a pet parade and costume contest!
On Saturday, October 14th from 11 am to 2 pm, there will be plenty of local businesses that will be passing out candy and swag.
The pet parade and costume contest will start at 12:30 PM at Your Pets Naturally!

Kid-Friendly Halloween Events
Zoo Goes Boo - Every Saturday until the 28th
John Ball Zoo is bringing back its Zoo Goes Boo!
"Watch as the Zoo transforms into the ultimate Halloween destination decked out with decorations, twisted treat stations, and of course, amazing animals! There will be magicians, jugglers, music, and more. Even your favorite villains can’t stay away!"

Halloween Lights Spooktacular - October 14th
From 7:30 PM till 9:00 PM, you can experience the Halloween Lights Spooktacular at New Salem Corn Maze!
GR Kids says that
"The cornfields come alive with Halloween-themed light displays dancing along to popular Halloween tunes like "Thriller" or "The Addams Family" theme song."
It costs $10 per person and little ones under 3 get in free!
Halloween At The BOB - October 28th
The B.O.B. is back with its annual Halloween Costume Party! This year's theme is right up my alley!
"The B.O.B. presents Haunted Hogwarts – A Halloween Costume Party at The BOB. We have both a family-friendly party and adults-only party on Saturday, October 28th. This immersive experience will transport guests to Diagon Alley, The Platform 9 & 3/4, The Great Hall, The Forbidden Forest, and other beloved Harry Potter environments! Each party will feature themed drink features, a Hogwarts-themed photo booth, and live entertainment."
