Is This Really Michigan’s Favorite Ice Cream Brand?
As the weather warms up, nothing is better than ice cream on a hot Michigan summer day.
Where do you go when you need some ice cream?
Trace One released a study that shared each state's favorite ice cream brands. However, I may have to disagree with their findings.
What is Michigan's Favorite Ice Cream Brand?
To figure out the most popular ice cream brands for each state, Trace One researchers used Google Trend data for the past 12 months, ending in April 2024.
As for Michigan, the favorite ice cream brand, according to this study, was Baskin-Robbins.
Besides Baskin-Robbins, the stand-out ice cream brand is Blue Bell. It is the most searched in 22 states across the South and Midwest.
However, the most popular regional brand goes to Hudsonville Ice Cream. Duh!
While I am a big fan of the 31 flavors at Baskin-Robbins, I think there are local ice cream shops that are much better.
