Grand Rapids John Ball Zoo is Hiring
John Ball Zoo is inviting potential candidates to "step into the world of wildlife conservation and guest experiences".
At the upcoming hiring events, you learn more about open positions across eight departments. You don't need a cover letter, resume, or previous experience. You'll meet with hiring managers and participate in interviews.

John Ball Zoo is looking to fill multiple seasonal positions that run Mid-March through November 2025.
Open positions include:
- Food and Beverage - F&B Team Member & Food Service Lead
- Guest Experiences & Admissions - Guest Experiences Team Member
- Retail - Retail Team Member
- Face Painting - Face Painter
- Buildings & Grounds - B&G Team Member
- Education - Zoo Educator
- Rentals - Venue Event Staff, Bartenders, Shuttle Drivers, Hospitality Interns
