The Headless Horseman is not all there is to see! Staring at 4p.m. it's Decadent Dogs' Annual Howl-O-Ween Pooch Parade. Dogs (and their humans) are asked to come decked out in their best Halloween costumes. Prizes are up for grabs!

5p.m. to 6p.m. there will trick-or-treating for the kiddos at downtown South Haven businesses. Find out more here!
