Get Free Steering Wheel Lock, Anti-Theft Software Update on Your Hyundai at Upcoming Events in Grand Rapids
The last few years we've seen a huge increase in Hyundai vehicles being stolen around West Michigan. If you drive a Hyundai, there are events coming up in Grand Rapids to help protect your car.

Starting in 2021, Hyundai (and Kia) drivers across the U.S. became victims of the Kia Boyz trend on social media. Posts online showed how to easily steal the vehicles, due to a missing anti-theft chip that most modern cars offer.
To curb the thefts of Hyundais, the car company and Grand Rapids Police Department are hosting a mobile software upgrade and anti-theft solution service center.
It's downtown Grand Rapids ay 555 Monroe Ave. NW. There are three events coming up.
- Sunday April 28 12p.m. to 6p.m.
- Monday April 29 8a.m. to 6p.m.
- Tuesday April 30 8a.m. to 6p.m

The upgrade will be done free of charge and no appointment is needed.
Specially trained mobile service technicians will be on-site to install and complete the software upgrade, which should take less than 30 minutes.
All attending owners receive a free steering wheel lock.
