The travel publication has named Mill Creek Camping in Mackinaw City, Mich., the No. 3 RV resort in the U.S.
Mackinaw Mill Creek Camping was started by the Richard and Rose Rogala family in 1964, and still operated by the same family today.
The campground boasts views of both the Mackinac Bridge and Mackinac Island on one mile of Lake Huron Shoreline.

Sprawling over 200 acres with more than 600 camp sties and over 200 full hookup sites, all types of campers from large RVs to small tents are welcome.
There are also beautiful lakefront cabins and cottages for rent.
The camp is surrounded by thousands of acres of wilderness, including indigenous plants and wildflowers.

This definitely is not Mill Creek Camping's first time getting recognized! It's been named among the top ten campgrounds in Michigan in 2024 by Trip Advisor. In 2022 it was voted Michigan's favorite campground in a Click on Detroit poll.

The campground usually opens for the season each year between May 1 and May 14.
In 2024 Mill Creek Camping will open for the season May 9.
