
New Authentic Vietnamese Restaurant Opens In Grand Rapids Area
If you’re a fan of pho or just love trying new flavors, there’s a new Vietnamese restaurant in town worth checking out!

Pho House GR opened at the end of May and is now serving up steamy, savory bowls at 5751 Byron Center Ave. in Wyoming.
The menu starts strong with tasty appetizers like crispy eggrolls, tender dumplings, papaya salad, and fresh spring rolls. But the main attraction is the pho.

You can customize your bowl with a wide variety of toppings including lobster tail, chicken, beef brisket, short ribs, oxtail, tripe, flank steak, onions, and eggs. If you like your pho extra hot, try their hot stone pho. It comes sizzling with rare beef, meatballs, and more, served in a bowl that keeps it piping hot until the last bite.

Other entrees include bun bo hue, a spicy beef noodle soup, along with sizzling steak and eggs and Vietnamese crispy chicken.

Don’t forget a drink. Pho House GR offers fun options like matcha lattes, mango limeade, Thai tea, and strong Vietnamese coffee. They also have slushes in flavors like taro, mango, and strawberry. Add some flair with tapioca pearls, lychee jelly, or mango popping pearls.

The new restaurant is open Wednesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Monday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. They’re closed on Tuesdays.
