This is Every Detroit Lions Unique Scorigami in Team History
When you are an NFL franchise that dates back to the earliest days of the league, you have played in thousands of games during that history. And there are more than a few that stand out - not for remarkable wins or losses, but for stat geeks who look at final scores that are unique and have never happened before or only happened once in league history.
The study of these scores is known as Scorigami. The Detroit Lions were in the most recent (as of mid-October 2024) Scorigami game in the NFL, the team's 47-9 win over the Dallas Cowboys. Being a Scorigami, it means no game in the history of the league had ever ended 47-9 before.

While no one playing likely knew this, the 47-9 game could be seen as Scorigami revenge for a 59-13 Scorigami game from 1960 in which Dallas came out on top.
Over the course of history, there have been 17 games involving the Detroit Lions that have had unique scores. There is also one game by the 1928 Detroit Wolverines we're counting in this total with the asterisk that the Wolverines do not directly link to the modern-day Lions. The current Lions franchise traces its history to the Portsmouth Spartans - and we could find no Scorigami game credited to Portsmouth.
