New Bar and Grill Opening Up at Site of Former BIB in Gun Lake

A new spot for Chicago-style pizza, burgers, BBQ, beer, and bourbon is coming soon to Gun Lake.

Judd's Bar and Grille to Open at Location of Former Bib Restaurant

Judd's Bar and Grille is set to open within the next few weeks at 11 126th Ave. in Wayland. Previously the location was home to The BIB Seafood, Pizza, Pasta, and Steaks.

It appears a bar and restaurant called Tujax Tu also operated from that location as recently as 2019.

Currently Judd's Bar and Grille is hiring for all positions, including Management, Bartender, Server, Host, Delivery Driver, Line Cook, Prep Cook, and Dish Washer.

In late July, Judd's ownership shared the progress on renovations to the building.

Owners say that guests can expect  indoor and outdoor patio seating, live music, and take out and food/beer delivery.

Menu at Judd's Bar and Grille

While a full menu has not been shared, owners say Judd's will be presenting a rustic pub menu with a twist.

It will be a mix of west coast trends, southern BBQ, and classic English pub. We will have Chicago style hand tossed pizza, grilled burgers, pasta, slow cooked BBQ, fresh salads, and locally sourced ingredients.

For drinks, Judd's will have eight beers on tap, twenty bottled beers, a bourbon bar, and wine.
