New Chinese and Hibachi Restaurant Now Open in East Hills

The former site of Marie Catrib's in Grand Rapids East Hills neighborhood has new life as two new restaurants.

Root Farmacy, a healthful eating, food-as-medicine cafe, opened a few months ago. Next door, Red Bowl, a Chinese and Hibachi restaurant is now open at 1001 Lake Drive SE.

Red Bowl Asian Cuisine is proud to offer Grand Rapids and the surrounding communities the freshest Chinese and Hibachi available. In the most humble of efforts to complement our fantastic menu selections, we hope to offer the friendliest and most attentive service. We look forward to your visit very soon!

 

Our restaurant is known for its variety in taste and fresh ingredients. Come and experience our friendly atmosphere and excellent service. chicken, beef, pork, and vegetables.

The restaurant opened in East Hills early last month. Menu items include Kung Pao Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Beef Broccoli, Mongolian Beef, Spring Rolls, and Fried Dumplings. Hibachi dinners come with your choice of chicken, vegetable, steak, shrimp, or scallops, wild or white rice, and spring rolls.

Red Bowl is open Monday through Thursday 11:00 AM to 09:30 PM, Friday and Saturday 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday 11:00 AM to 09:00 PM. According to Red Bowl's Facebook page, they're open for dine or take-out. You can order online here.
