Officer who choked Eric Garner to be fired by NYPD

Just a week after the Department of Justice ruled that no Civil Rights violations charges would filed against Officer Daniel Pantaleo of the New York Police Department, Today the officer has been fired by NYPD Police Commissioner James O'Neil. The decision came as a part of a recommendation from the Judge overseeing Officer Pantaleo's disciplinary hearing.
