Preachers Wife Charged With 3 Felonies

A Muskegon Heights pastor's wife has been charged with three felonies involving fraud.

According to WOOD, 63-year-old Pamela Duncan has been thrown into the Muskegon County Jail on three felony counts of committing fraud against Consumers Energy.

Apparently, Duncan has ran up electricity bills on three different properties and did not pay the bills. When Consumers Energy was going to shut off the electricity, Duncan allegedly restarted the electric and all three locations under three fake names. I wonder if she used Biblical names?

Duncan has been accused of not paying somewhere between $3,000 and $60,000 over the past few years.

Duncan's husband, James Duncan, is the pastor of the Revival Miracle Temple located in Muskegon. He has had some problems with an apartment building he owns that the city has condemned that forced fifteen families to move out due to the dangerous conditions and there was no electricity.

Well, that building burned down last week and the Muskegon Heights Fire Chief Chris Dean says the fire was an arson. No arrests have been made at this time but the fire investigators definitely want to chat with the Duncans.

The three buildings that were part of the alleged fraud include the apartment building, the church building, and the Duncan's home in North Muskegon.

The Duncans are currently living in a Muskegon County motel.

Pamela Duncan will be in court to see a judge later this month.
