It seems A Tribe Called Quest's Q-Tip is big mad about being snubbed for the 2018 Grammys. Despite releasing one of the better received hip-hop albums of the year, Tribe's final group album, We Got It From Here... Thank You for Your Service, ATCQ didn't receive any nominations for the 2018 Grammys.

Tip went on Instagram to voice his anger at the snub in a series of videos.

"We closed y'all show and we don't get no fucking nominations?" the rapper/producer said  referencing Tribe's performance last year shortly after the death of Phife Dog. "The last Tribe album?!"

He went on to reference this year's diversity of nominees (the Album of the Year category features no white men for the first time in nearly 20 years).

"We were the most black cultured group out! That's all we stood on. That's what we represented," Tip said.

He then went on to list all of the legendary artists that the Grammys failed to recognize with nominations and awards, including Bob Marley and Jimi Hendrix.

"You mothafuckin right I'm hot," he said.

This, of course, isn't the first time an artist has called out the Grammys. Last year, Frank Ocean refused to even submit his work for consideration, saying the awards show is out of touch and outdated. Drake did not submit his last project, More Life, for consideration this year either. Vince Staples, who failed to receive a nomination, blasted the show as well in since-deleted tweets. Fans also wondered why Future, who made Billboard chart history this year with back-to-back no. 1 albums failed to get a mention as well.
