As Reebok gears up for a new year of releases, longtime friend of the brand, Swizz Beatz, gets the green light from the Boston-based company to unveil a brand new collaborative iteration of the DMX silhouette. Previewing a vibrant low-top version of the shoe on his Instagram account, the Bronx native gave his followers a look into what Reebok’s future holds.

Unveiling a bright and colorful orange pair of DMX sneakers, Swizz revealed the pair of unreleased shoes are done in collaboration with Reebok and Disruptive Kind. Featuring white accents on the lacing system and midsole, the sneakers include a metallic copper material along the side panels of the shoes, rounded out by an icy translucent bottom.

Reebok and Swizz Beatz’s relationship dates back to 2011, when the One Man Band Man creator inked a deal with the sportswear brand as the company’s creative director of its Classics division.

As of now, release details on this DMX pair remain vague, but keep it locked with XXL in the days to come for more info on this release and future Reebok drops.
