Aurora Borealis has been hanging in the northern sky all week, but Tuesday the bursts were more visible. It was flickering dimly along the GR skyline when I came in at 4:30am, but it was more apparent earlier in the morning.


Let's start with this take from Delton in Barry County.

This shot was taken around midnight in Zeeland.

Just a bit north in Traverse City comes this sunset with aurora rising.

Of course, the farther north you go, the better the lights. Here's one from the shore of Lake Superior.
