Wale returns with a flip of Ed Sheeran’s chart-topping hit single, “Shape of You.” As per usual, the DMV rhymer brings his unique lyrical spin to the dancehall-pop tune.

On the song, Wale promotes his upcoming album S.H.I.N.E. and tells his prospective lover that he wants to spend some time with her.

“Shine season and it’s over,” he raps adding, “50K from the promoter.” He then adds, “You fine / I just want you to shine / You’ll be outta your mind once that anatomy is mine.”

Wale describes his object of affection as a dancer but also has a rebellious spirit. “Let’s go dancin’ / And maybe afta (after) / We can tag all of the walls on Trump Plaza,” he spits.

Wale's remix follows his previously released tracks including the Lil Wayne-assisted "Running Back," "Groundhog Day" and "Black Gold."

Meanwhile, Ed Sheeran's next album, ÷ (aka Divide), will arrive in stores on March 3. Check out Sheeran's boxing video below.
