Women's Sports & Health Expo is coming to DeVos Place on Saturday, February 22, 2025.

Founded by a former college athlete and mother of three, this event will give an opportunity for participants of all ages to explore a wide range of topics that are important to women's health and athletic performance, including nutrition, injury prevention, mental health, and sports psychology.

"Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a beginner looking to start your wellness journey, the event is poised to provide valuable insights and resources tailored to the unique needs of women and girls in different stages of life."

This year's event will be hosted by Magic 104.9's Lisha B and Mix 95.7's Big Joe Pesh.
