You Snow It’s Coming – First Snow Contest

Winter is coming, West Michigan. Sure, it was 70 degrees a couple of weeks ago, but there's already been snow in the Upper Peninsula and temps have dropped here in West Michigan, so you know that our first snowfall can't be too far off.

We want to make winter a little more bearable for you. We can't stop the snow, but we can make it a little easier for you to get it out of your driveway. So, this year we are asking you to tell us when the first significant snowfall will hit and how much you think it will be.

If you are one of the people who correctly predict when and how much snow* you will be automatically entered to win a 2020 Cub Cadet 1X™ 21" HP snow thrower from our friends at Starr Lawn & Garden in Wayland.

Register between now and November 15, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. (unless, of course, it snows before then). Then, when we have our first significant snowfall of 1 inch or more at Starr Lawn & Garden in Wayland (they will measure every time we get snow) we will select one lucky winner. (Check out a photo of the snowblower below the entry form.)

All entries that submit the correct date and amount will be entered into a random drawing for the snowblower. If no one correctly identifies the correct date and amount, we will select all entries that come closest to the actual amount within an inch without going over.

**Winner will be responsible for paying for taxes on the prize at the time of pickup. Taxes will be under $40.
