Young M.A Shares Her Secret to Losing 20 Pounds
We don't know if you've noticed but, Young M.A's shed some serious pounds as of late. All it takes is a quick stroll through her Instagram photos to figure out that much. Now, in a new post, she's revealed the secret to her seemingly sudden weight loss.
In the Instagram post, M.A makes it clear the eyes of her fans aren't deceiving them: she has, in fact, lost a lot of weight. Twenty pounds, to be exact.
"To all my supporters that keep saying I lost weight.. yes it was on purpose lol I’ve stop eating meat (beef, pork, chicken, turkey, lamb...)," a svelte-looking M.A wrote in the caption for her Instagram post. "
"I cut my liquor intake into 'occasionally only' lol..," she continued. "I’ve been in the gym consistently... and I’ve been watching my calorie intake.. it was discipline for me of course. In 2 months I’ve dropped 20 pounds.. Always wanted to change my diet but wasn’t mentally ready for it at first.. Honestly since I’ve changed my diet I’ve been less exhausted.. I wake up with full energy.. and also mentally I feel good... I just want to say to all my supporters if you are not happy with anything in your life you have the power to change it! Only you! Since M.A dropped her EP, Herstory last spring, fans have been eagerly awaiting the next project from the Brooklyn wordsmith. A few months back, she dropped off "Walk," a track that proves she's still got a lot to say. We can't wait to hear more.
