If you live in Newaygo, you’re going to need to boil your water for the next 72 hours.

WZZM 13 says the boil water advisory was issued early Wednesday morning by city officials after the water system experienced a drop in pressure.

City officials say the advisory is for people living in the city limits and isn’t expected to last more than 72 hours, according to WZZM 13.

If you live in that area, you’re encouraged to use bottled water for cooking, brushing your teeth and most definitely for drinking while the boil water advisory is in effect.
