Brandy Loses Consciousness on Flight, Rushed To Hospital

Brandy reportedly lost consciousness this morning (June 2) while preparing to take off on a flight from Los Angeles to New York City and was rushed to the hospital.

According to TMZ, the singer had boarded a Delta flight at LAX when she suddenly fainted. Flight attendants and fellow passengers rushed to help before Delta called the Los Angeles City Fire Department — paramedics ultimately arrived to treat her. Brandy reportedly regained consciousness while on the runway and was taken to Marina Del Rey Hospital.

The whole incident happened at about 6 AM, according to local KABC-TV.

E! adds that Brandy is set to appear with her mother Sonja Norwood at the Atlanta Ultimate Women's Expo Saturday, and the show is still on.
