Diahann Carrollone of my favorite actresses and star of the groundbreaking sitcom "Julia" died Friday from cancer at her home in Los Angeles at the age of 84. She was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1997. She got her start on Broadway and won a Tony Award for Best Leading Actress in a Musical in 1962 for her role in "No Strings."Check out some vids I found from her online.
