J. Prince Vows to Get Lil Wayne’s Money from Birdman [VIDEO]
It’s been over a year and Lil Wayne has not settled his $51 million lawsuit against Birdman. Last year, Rap-A-Lot founder J. Prince, whose real name is James Prince, said that he was going to step in and be the mediator in his their dispute.
TMZ recently caught up with J. Prince, who laid the blueprint for independent labels like Cash Money to even exist, and he is still adamant that he’s going to get Wayne his money. The rap mogul also vowed to get his son, Jas Prince, his royalties from Birdman as well. If you didn’t know, Jas Prince brought Drake to Cash Money Records and was promise royalties from Drizzy's catalog.
When J. Prince was asked how he planned to “settle the beef” between Wayne and Birdman, he replied, “I’m going to make him an offer he can’t refuse.”
J. Prince also added that Birdman has the money somewhere and he's going to get it by any means necessary. "So wherever it's at, we have to reach and grab it," he said. "Even if it's in his ass, we have to get it up out of there."
Hopefully, J. Prince won't have to do a colonoscopy just to get Wayne's money. Either way, we hear that J. Prince is quite the negotiator when it comes to settling disputes.
