Michigan Man Reminisces About High School, Gets Arrested
After a few adult beverages, many of us reflect upon days gone by. But few of us do it this way.
Wyandotte Police Found The Man Outside Of Roosevelt High School
The man was caught after alarms were set off at Wyandotte's Roosevelt High School at three in the morning on August 27. Police arrived to find the highly intoxicated man trying to break into the facility.
After a brief discussion, the man admitted he was drunk and said he was at the school because "he wanted to reminisce" about his days at the school. He was from Allen Park, which is a long way to drive to remember days gone by.
According to a post on the Wyandotte Police Facebook page, he REALLY wanted to reminisce because he damaged three doors at the school before the cops arrived and put an end to his desire to recall those lost high school days gone by.
He faces charges of damaging public property after sleeping it off in the hoosegow.
Judging by the police log on their Facebook pages, it appears drinking heavily and making bad decisions is a Wyandotte tradition, so he's in good company.
A List Of Things He Possibly Wanted To "Reminisce" If He Got Into The School
* After all these years, he finally figured out how to get out of a locker from the inside.
* He wanted to ask the prettiest girl in his class to dance in the gym. Unfortunately, even the fading memory of her would have still said "No!"
* He was trying to throw a football over the goal posts while telling his imaginary nephew, 'if they would have put me in in the fourth quarter, we would have been state champions'.
