New Grand Rapids Antiques Market Opens on Mother’s Day

Antique hunters have a new option in Grand Rapids. A new antiques market will open for just two days this year. The first of those two days is on Mother's Day.

Antiques on Ionia will take place on May 12 in the Outdoor Market Shed at Downtown Market at 435 Ionia Ave. SW in Grand Rapids. The antiques market will be open from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Antiques on Ionia will have the vintage furniture, clothing, home decor and other items you would expect to find when searching for antiques, but there will also be an outdoor bar with seasonal drinks, vintage-inspired cocktails and beer. The bar will be open from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

A second Antiques on Ionia date is set for the end of summer. The second day is September 8 from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
