Michigan Nissan Drivers Be Warned Your Airbags May Explode!

Nissan Airbag Recall
Nissan is urging roughly 84,000 vehicle owners to stop driving their cars IMMEDIATELY!
Why?!
This urgency is due to their Takata airbag inflators having an increased risk of exploding in a crash.

That means that the airbag may explode instead of protecting you in a crash and throw dangerous metal fragments at you.
This announcement comes after one Nissan driver was killed due to the front-passenger inflators exploding. Also, as many as 58 people have been injured due to this since 2015.
The company has already recalled 736,422 of the 2020 vehicles to replace the Takata inflators.
In their statement, Nissan stated that,
"Due to the age of the vehicles equipped with defective Takata airbag inflators, there is an increased risk the inflator could explode during an airbag deployment, propelling sharp metal fragments which can cause serious injury or death."
