This is the BEST Caesar Salad I’ve Ever Eaten & it’s Right Here in Grand Rapids!

Okay, before you say “WTF, you’re writing about a salad?!” Do you know how many messages on Snapchat I got about this salad asking where it’s from!

7 Monks Taproom is where you can try this deliciousness for yourself. The IPA CAESAR SALAD is described on the menu as

TORN ROMAINE AND KALE, SHAVED PARMESAN, HARD CIDER CRANBERRIES, CRISPY SHALLOT, IPA CAESAR DRESSING

Cranberries & shallots - not necessarily what you’d find on a Caesar salad but it added the right amount of sweet & crispy. And as someone who’s not really an IPA fan, I need this dressing in my fridge.

Every little thing about this salad came together perfectly! I couldn’t stop raving about it at dinner that even my friend made fun of me for it.

My only regret is not taking another picture with all of it mixed together. But as you can imagine, I was too busy eating. The IPA Caesar Salad is sold as a full meal but I was able to order it as a side for half the price. That’s cuz I had to save room for the Fried Chicken (shown below) which can have an dedicated entry itself, but it's time to eat :)
